Break The Silence
Our passion is to break the silence of incest and child sexual abuse by bringing the subject out of the closet. We at VOICE want to give:
I have recently published a book, From Sorrows To Sapphires, Incest Silence & God, that can be found at the e-store on http://www.vocietoday.org/. In my book I unleash the secret of incest in a true story that takes you on a heart-wrenching journey through my life of horrendous sexual, physical and emotional abuse. After a 20-year journey of recovery and healing through the power and presence of God in my life I can truly say I have become a victor. The raw honesty of my autobiographical account reveals days, weeks, months and years of innocence stolen from me, a powerless child. You experience first-hand the essence of pure evil and the heaviness of injustice. If you are also a survivor of incest or other sexual abuse, I am a friend whose words will speak to your isolation and shame, and provide a platform for healing. Others who suffer from strongholds of childhood abuse will find my story will give you the opportunity to see the power of God operate in your own life. For those unaware of the horrors of such abuse, my disclosures will fill you with compassion for children, who are violated daily and who have no advocate. You can give them a voice.
